House Hunting

Nick and I finally started looking at houses and I am finding the whole experience, overwhelming, and slightly frustrating. It is currently still a good market for the buyer, however due to that fact there is not a lot of great inventory that stays on the market long enough for us to find it, see it, bring Nick back to see it, and sleep on it to decide to make an offer. So far we've found 2 houses we were considering purchasing and it appears both are off the market with offers before we have the chance to make that final decision! :-(

While we're not in any hurry to purchase a home and move into it (our current rental lease isn't up until the end of October and our savings will only continue to grow until then), it is frustrating to see things snatched from us before we can fully consider the purchase. Oh well, we'll just keep looking until the perfect one comes up and we are ready to decide and put that offer in.
